When you order or request a trial: your email address, the plan you chose, your country (derived from your connection) and, if you add one, a note. For MAG boxes, the device MAC address you send us.

We do not ask for your name, home address or date of birth.

How we use it

To deliver your login details, process your order, prevent abuse of free trials, and answer support messages.

Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Retention
