Our position
IPTV Rapid respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement.
Sending a notice
Send your notice through the contact page. Please include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material you believe infringes it with enough detail for us to locate it, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every complete notice and remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same level of detail through the contact page.
